TERMS AND CONDITION OF SALE
• Pre-orders are binding and subject to written confirmation from the supplier.
• Production is made to order: cancellations or changes are not permitted after confirmation. A quantity tolerance of +/- 5% is applied to ordered items due to production requirements.
• Delivery may be made in a single shipment or in multiple shipments, subject to production availability. Delivery dates are indicative and refer to the communicated seasonal period.
• In the event of failure to collect ready goods, the supplier may charge storage costs and issue an invoice.
• Prices exclude VAT according to the price list for the relevant season.
• Payments are made according to agreed terms; the goods remain the property of the supplier until full payment is made.
